Payment is made in advance. We expect payment within 7 days after placing the order. If the payment is not yet received then we send a payment reminder. If the payment is not received after that, the order will be canceled.

ELBO accepts the following payment methods:

Depending on when the payment is received, the delivery time is between 1 and 7 days. If we receive payment on working days before 3 pm, the order will be sent the same day if possible. If you order or receive the payment after 3 pm, the order will be sent the next day.

If, despite the mention "In stock", a product is unexpectedly not available, we will contact you. We will then inform you about the expected delivery time and discuss any alternatives with you.

Your order will be processed with the utmost care and shipped to the address you have provided.

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (local time) and for which payment has been received will, whenever possible, be shipped the same day.
In many cases, your order will then be delivered on the next business day.

Simply select the "Pickup" option during checkout. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready for collection.

For orders in other countries, a quotation must be requested and the order can not be made via the webshop. In this case, please contact us so that we can still place the order.

Below is a form with which you can return a product. You can also use this form with a defective product.

You can return the order within 14 days of receipt. After receiving the form, one of our employees will contact you as soon as possible for further processing. The costs for returning are for your own account, except when the wrong product has been delivered.
