Customer service

Payment is made in advance. We expect payment within 7 days after placing the order. If the payment is not yet received then we send a payment reminder. If the payment is not received after that, the order will be canceled.

Depending on when the payment is received, the delivery time is between 1 and 7 days. If we receive payment on working days before 3 pm, the order will be sent the same day if possible. If you order or receive the payment after 3 pm, the order will be sent the next day.

If, despite the mention "In stock", a product is unexpectedly not available, we will contact you. We will then inform you about the expected delivery time and discuss any alternatives with you.

Your order will be handled with the utmost care and sent to the shipping address you provided. The order will be sent with UPS. If you order on working days before 3 pm and the payment is received, the order will be sent the same day if possible and you will receive it the next day.

If you want to pick up the order from us in Kilder, choose the Pick up option during ordering. You will receive an email from us when the order is ready.

For orders in other countries, a quotation must be requested and the order can not be made via the webshop. In this case, please contact us so that we can still place the order.

Below is a form with which you can return a product. You can also use this form with a defective product.

You can return the order within 14 days of receipt. After receiving the form, one of our employees will contact you as soon as possible for further processing. The costs for returning are for your own account, except when the wrong product has been delivered.
