Thin joint Mortar Scoop Multi-wall (excl.chamfered toothed strip) set 214 and 300mm

The ELBO Multi–wall thin joint mortar scoop 003 is made of stainless steel and specifically developed for a steady application of thin joint mortar to the head joints of calcium silicate blocks and elements of 214mm and 300mm. The steady application of the mortar increases the quality of the wall. The mortar must be mixed according to the instructions on the thin joint mortar packaging. The distribution of mortar from the ELBO tools are adjusted to these instructions. The mortar scoop Multi–wall is build up out of 3 parts; the basis scoop, universal handle and the toothed strip. You can change the applicator to the different wall thicknesses by replacing the basis scoop on the handle and put the right the toothed strip. Because you use 1 scoop for multiple wall thickness you have less clean–up work. Because of the smooth inner– and outer walls the mortar applicator is easy to clean. The prominent yellow plastic handles provide extra grip. The toothed strips ensure even mortar distribution and are easily interchangeable. Further they are height adjustable due to the stainless steel wing nuts. This way you can set the desired mortar distribution. The applicator is centered using the strips and the guide shaft is used to make sure that the applicator moves smoothly across the bed joint and does not derail. The special guided disks ensure an accurate run of the applicator. The Multi–wall mortar applicators are available for a variety of wall thicknesses.
