The ELBO toothed strip Multi–wall Chamfered 175mm is easy to mount on the ELBO mortar applicator Multi–wall 100mm with stainless steel wing nuts on the sledge. The toothed strip is made out of stainless steel and specifically developed for a fast and steady application of thin joint mortar to the joints of calcium silicate blocks or elements. The position of the toothed strip is angled outwards after mounting. This puts pressure on the mortar at the toothed strip. This allows the mortar to better coordinate on the blocks or elements. The steady application of the mortar increases the quality of the wall. The mortar must be mixed according to the instructions on the thin joint mortar packaging. The distribution of mortar from the ELBO tools are adjusted to these instructions. The toothed strip Multi–wall for calcium silicate blocks are available for a variety of wall thicknesses.
